Recently, ZTE promised to present two LTE smartphones at the Mobile World Congress this year, but it seems that’s not the only surprise the company has in store for us. Just hours ago, the Chinese company revealed another high-end smartphone, called the ZTE Mimosa X.

The device is going to have its official debut at the Mobile Congress next week, but ZTE have decided to share its technical specifications already. The new ZTE Mimosa X is going to feature a Tegra 2 processor and a 4.3” display with a 960 x 540 resolution. All of the standard features are included, such as two cameras (5MP and 0.3MP) , Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 and so on, as well as a couple of nice multimedia features, such as support for DNLA and Dolby sound. The most interesting thing, however, has to be its NVIDIA-made modem, the 21Mbps-capable Icera 450. Overall, the ZTE Mimosa X seems to be a very nice mid-range device, so we’d recommend it for someone looking for a good smartphone on a budget. B. A.
