Mozilla’s HTML5 App Store Now Open for Developers

The news, that Mozilla are working on an application store, appeared online at the end of last year and as it seems, the company is almost ready to launch it. The store is in fact already available for developers and Mozilla are taking in applications. After having seen their Boot2Gecko device at the Mobile World Congress, it was about time for the company to show us the app store as well. As Mozilla have already written on their blog, at least for the time being, the store is going to be focused on mobile applications, which work with HTML5. At the moment the app store is only available for developers, which are expected to send in their applications, but you can expect it to become available for the end-users as early as Q2 this year.
