The Acer Iconia Tab A700
Acer is preparing a new high-end Android tablet, which is most likely going to be shown at CES 2012 in a matter of days. Meanwhile, thanks to the Russian website Nomobile, we know what is looks like and some of its specs. The new device, called the Icona Tab A700, is going to have a Tegra 3 processor and a 10.1″ display with an 1920 x 1200 resolution – something we have never seen in a tablet.
The device is going to weigh 650 grams and will have a 9800 mAh battery. Some of its others features are 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, microSC card slot and both front and back-facing cameras, the latter being a 5MP one. Of course, the device also has microHDMI and microUSB ports. B. A.
