What we have here is the new Windows Phone 7.8 / Build 7.10.8835.35 for HTC HD2 (HTC LEO)!

This ROM is cooked by the well known developer Ansar @ XDA-Developers and of course is fully unlocked (dev/interop + latest unlock from Cotulla and Ansar), so any custom or unsigned apps (XAP files) can be deployed to the device.

Here is one of the latest custom Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean ROMs for HTC HD2 and is coming from the user Xylograph @ XDA-developers (the ROM is based on the Paranoid Android team).

ROM features:

  • Phone, Tablet and Phablet mode
  • P.A.L., First time in Android history that Per-App-Layout has been realized
  • This rom features a setting called Per-App-Density. You can define an apps native DPI with it, make it look stock, smaller or bigger than that, your decision.
  • All apps are depicted at 182 DPI per standard. No other rom has that feature right now
  • Google Play does not allow density changes and will stop working if you mess around with that. This rom fixes that problem for you 100%.
  • More stuff: Recent window closer to stock, fixes for overlapping elements, framework fixes, no crashes, working Phone (looks 100% like stock as well), etc.

As you know, MIUI is based on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and CyanogenMod 9 sources, and it was initially developed by the Chinese company Xiaomi.

Of course, one of the best Android MIUI builds are ported for the HD2 and here we have the latest one coming from smokin901 @ XDA-Developers.

What a news! The latest Android version – 4.1 Jelly Bean is already ported to our beloved HTC HD2!

Of course, the new Jelly Bean ROM is currently in early alpha stage, so don’t expect everything is working or supported (it’s not ready for daily usage yet). This is the port of Jelly Bean pre-alpha from Nexus One by Evervolv @ XDA-Developers.
