The first Android 2.4 (or 4.0) devices may come this October

The next Android version – Ice Cream Sandwich is supposed to be released in the end of the year, but it turns out, that we may actually see it on devices on the market as soon as October. This information is coming from a source, well informed about Google’s plans. It seems the company is trying to release the new version of the platform as soon as possible to compete with the new iPhone, coming out this Fall and of course the second wave of Windows Phone devices.
