Some users reporting about cracks in the body of their Galaxy S3
|
Most mobile devices suffer from one problem or another in the first months of their release and even the most popular ones – such as the iPhone or Galaxy S series aren’t exceptions. This seems to also be the case with the Samsung Galaxy S3 – according to a lot of users, small cracks have appeared on their devices, even though they have treated them with much (love and) care. According to the customers and the photos, which they have uploaded, the places at which these cracks appear the most are around the USB and the home button – though according to some, such problems were also present with the Galaxy S2.
The topic is very hot on the XDA-Developers forums right now and although most customers haven’t had any luck getting their warranty to cover those issues, some have said, that they’ve had luck getting not only the panels, but also their displays replaced, so we guess it’s just down to pure luck. Of course, those cracks aren’t going to affect your usage of the device, but it’s only natural for the people who have payed so much money to own a top smartphone to want their device to be of the highest quality.
