According to some recent information, the next superphone from Samsung’s Galaxy series is going to be using the quad-core Exynos 4412. It seems that the company is already testing the SoC and has even included support for it in the SDK.

The next-gen Exynos is probably going to be made using 32nm technology and use 4 Cortax A9 cores working at up to 1.5 gHz. This makes it a capable competitor of the Tegra 3 SoC, which uses 40nm technology (meaning it uses more power). According to other sources, we could be shown devices using the 4412 as early as Q1 2012, which means we may see it inside the Galaxy S3 at the Barcelona Conference.
