Samsung Galaxy S3 pre-orders hit 10 million?

Five months after the Galaxy SII hit the market Samsung announced, that 10 million devices were sold of the device, which later turned out to be the best-seller smartphone of 2011 (from the Android devices that is). That’s why most experts are also expecting its successor – the Galaxy S III to be at least as popular and Eldar Murtazin has even claimed, that it will outsell the previous generation.

On his Twitter profile, Murtazin has announced, that the Korean company has already received 10 million pre-orders for the device, which hasn’t even been officially revealed yet. Samsung are going to show off the Samsung Galaxy S3 in the end of April or the beginning of May and sales of the device are expected to begin shortly, if not immediately after the debut. Of course, at this stage, the pre-orders have came from stores and operators, but it’s going to be interesting to see how fast they’re going to end up in the hands of end-users. B. A.
