Nexus 5 is now officially announced and this is the first smartphone runningAndroid 4.4 KitKat. The phone is manufactured by LG and presents all the new OS capabilities, of course it’s the fastest device from the Nexus family.
Nexus 5 features a 5-inch Full HD IPS screen (445 ppi) protected by Gorilla Glass 3, it’s powered by the Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor running at 2.26 GHz and Adreno 330 GPU running at 450 MHz, there’s 2GB of RAM and internal storage with a capacity of 16 or 32GB. The main camera is 8MP with optical image stabilization and 1.3MP front facing (desgined for video calls), 2300mAh battery with the support of wireless charging and talk time up-to 17 hours and all the “standart” features like: 4G/LTE support, Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 GPS, Gyroscope, Accelerometer, Compass, Proximity/Ambient Light sensor, Pressure sensor, microUSB port, SlimPort, 3.5 mm stereo audio jack, dual microphones and ceramic power and volume buttons.
Nexus 5 is the first Android 4.4 KitKat device and it’s now on the market at a price of $349 for the 16GB version and $399 for the 32GB, it’s available in black and white – choose your color 🙂
