Here is the Nintendo NES emulator for Windows Phone 7!
Type in the url to some .nes file of your choosing and click middle button (download), downloaded files are stored to isolated storage for later use, next click play to play the selected game. Game controls feature sounds on/off, pause/play, save and load. All Nintendo NES games should be supported.
