HTC Wildfire S hands-on at MWC 2011

HTC Wildfire S has a 3.2-inch screen and higher resolution than its predecessor (320 x 480). The super LCD display is definitely an improvement over the original one and everything looks good on the screen, for a low-end phone. Wildfire S is powered by 600MHz processor, 512MB RAM and ROM, and a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus.

Wildfire S will come with the latest version of Android – Gingerbread. Not many phones in this class offers Gingerbread, and is even better – there is also HTC Sense Android 2.3.3 interface on it, sounds pretty good for a low end smartphone 🙂
