The Desire V – HTC’s first dual-SIM phone
|
If you’re a die-hard HTC fan, but you need a phone with two SIM cards, we have some good news for you – the company has already announced their first dual-SIM smartphone, the Desire V (also known as the Desire VC for the Chinese version). The device has, like most other smartphones with two SIM cards, rather mediocre technical specifications, though it has nothing to be ashamed of – the 4″ display with a WVGA resolution and 1gHz Qualcomm MSM7227A Cortext A5 processor put it among the low/mid-range Android devices and the 5MP camera with an LED flash is also a nice addition to those features.
The device has 512MB of RAM, as well as Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi. Software-wise HTC have got their future-customers covered with a combination of Sense 4.0, Android Ice Cream Sandwich and Beats Audio. The device is going to begin selling in Ukraine in the beginning of July at about €280, though it’s expected to hit other market quite soon after that. B. A.
