– ##634# and press call to enter Diagnosis Menu
– *#7284# and choose “Modem, USB Diag”
– Press OK to confirm device Reboot
– Plug USB cable and install drivers.
– Select i8700, select correct SAMSUNG Mobile Model Diagnostic Serial Port
– Select unlock and click Factory Mode.
– If after unlock procedure, phone still asks for code, dial 00000000
