Samsung Captivate – unboxing video
|The Samsung Captivate from AT&T, available on 7/15/10, has more rounded edges than the Galaxy S, but beyond that, it’s really the same device – it has the same 1GHz Humminbird CPU, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (add a 32GB microSD cardย to that and you will have 48GB of space), Bluetooth 3.0, a 4.0″ 800×480 screen, and a 1500 mAh battery.

Thanks for the nice article, I’m excitedly awaiting my Samsung Captivate coming from T-Mobile as soon as they formally confirm that they’re carrying it. I was in my nearby shop today and had a hold of their dummy unit. It appears as well as feels a lot better than I thought. This is actually going to be the phone to have. Never mind the iPhone 4g, the Galaxy S is where it’s at. As for me, I’m upgrading from a Samsung Pixon after an 18 month contract and am pleased to have finally settled on the Galaxy S. The decision process was fraught with many, many hours of study on the world wide web. I was close to an HTC Desire and even closer to an Xperia X10 but then, from out of nowhere, I came across the GSMArena.com review of the Galaxy S and it just does everything so well.
Yes, Galaxy S is amazing phone, and the upcoming phones from Galaxy family are very interested, we will keep all users in touch for news about Samsung Captive ๐
