Droid Life have published unofficial photos and information about the upcoming Motorola Droid 4. According to their information, the device will be available for Verizon users on 08.12 this year – just in time for the Christmas holidays. The Droid 4 is going to feature a dual-core TI OMAP processor clocked at 1.2 gHz which will be combined with 1GB of RAM memory.
The device’s primary camera is going to be an 8MP one with 1080p HD video recording, of course. It will also have a secondary, front-facing camera for video calls. The Droid 4 is going to have 16GB of built-in memory and will run Android 2.3 at launch with ICS update coming later. As you can see from the photos, the device looks a lot like the Droid RAZR, but has a smaller 4″ screen and a 5-row Edge-Lit QWERTY keyboard. B. A.
