Huawei is seriously trying to stress the high-end smartphones market with aggressive prices and attractive products, a very good example of this new marketing model is the new Huawei Ascend G615 smartphone, which will be sold in Germany at a price of only €299!

For the money you will get a 4.5-inch HD screen with 720p resolution and quad-core processor running at 1.4GHz. Huawei Ascend G615 offers an 8MP main camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB of built-in storage, 2150 mAh battery, microSD card slot and the usual GPS, Wi-Fi and HSPA connections. Sadly, the phone is running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but we are expecting an official Jelly Bean update in a couple of months.
Huawei Ascend G615 will be available on the market in Germany next month from Amazon, Conrad and Cyberport.
