HTC Quartz (QUAR10000) spotted past month in the wi-fi.org and Bluetooth SIG, but apart from the fact that it has WiFi and Bluetooth, nothing else was known about this device.

We were lucky to chat with someone who has a sample unit, and told us about the actual specifications:

This device will be released by Russian WiMAX operator Yota first, and then will probably hit the North American market, but the actual release date is still unclear.
