Flash instructions:

Extract the 7z archive.
Flash using FLASH.BIN.
Extract files from the start menu archive.
Sync your phone and just copy-paste these files in /Windows of your Asus P320.
Reboot.
We recommend to use ASUS themes and disable the ASUS phone skin as per the reg settings mentioned below.
Then the phone works fantastic. So far no issues with calls, SMS, Internet etc.
