The Sony Xperia miro – a smartphone for the Facebook junkie
|
Sony’s fans have managed to move forward the premiere of the company’s new smartphone with a whole 9 days and so the Xperia miro was revealed. The company’s latest mobile product is aimed at the younger audience, which regularly use social-networks, with features like the Xperia with Facebook software, which integrates liking, commenting and posting options in a lot of the phone’s stock applications. The phone also has a larger-than-usual battery, which enables its user to stay connected with the rest of the world for much longer, though the company hasn’t announced its exact capacity.
Another feature, which is going to be appreciated by the more social users is the unique illumination, with which the device is going to notify them for messages, status updates, events and what-not. The 5MP camera, which records video with 30 FPS is going to be welcome by most users if they decide to share some videos or pictures and there’s a 3,5″ screen, on which they can check them out before that. The device is also pretty well covered software-wise, putting its bigger brothers to shame with version 4.0 of Android (Ice Cream Sandwich). Overall, it seems like an interesting device and we’re eagerly anticipating for Sony to reveal more details about its technical specifications. B. A.
