The Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 and Galaxy mini 2
|
As some of you may know, Samsung are not going to appear at the Mobile World Congress this year, but that doesn’t seem to stop them from surprising us with some new products. A good example for that are the two new models they revealed – the Samsung Ace 2 and Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 (from the Galaxy family) , which are the successors of last year’s models.
The Samsung Ace 2 is yet again the more powerful from the two with its dual-core processor, clocked at 800 mHz, which along with 768MB of RAM and a 3.8″ 800×480 display makes it a pretty good mid-range device. The Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 on the other hand isn’t anything special hardware-wise with a single-core 800 mHz processor, but than again that was never its purpose – it’s supposed to be a compact affordable device and it surely is. The Ace 2 is going to be released in April and the Mini 2 – in March and both are going to be running Android 2.3 Gingerbread. B. A.
