The first phone with a body made from bamboo, may hit the market soon. The device is called the ADzero and was designed by an English student, studying design at Middlesex University in London. The body of the smartphone is indeed made from a solid block of bamboo, which has been processed in order to make it harder and more durable. The prototype, which is running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, has already attracted an entrepreneur, who is planning to bring the device in mass production. So far, the bamboo smartphone is expected to hit the UK stores by the end of the year. B. A.
