Samsung had decided not to sue Apple

Samsung and Apple are famous for their lawsuits recently. The Korean company even had an unofficial agreement not to sue Apple for the 3G technologies they use in order for Apple to remain one of their biggest customers. According to some anonymous sources, the companies were negotiating about the patents a few months ago, when Apple filed their first lawsuit agains Samsung and of course, this put an end to the “no lawsuits” agreement.  According to Samsung’s lawyers, Apple consciously violated their patents after failing to achieve a an agreement. This lead to Samsung’s lawsuit against them in Australia, which is scheduled for March 2012.
