Sab Watch is a server monitor / usenet downloader for Windows Phone 7 devices. It supports an unlimited amount of servers, and virtually all worthwhile SabNZBd features, including

- Move an item to top of queue, delete an item, pause an item, change an item’s post processing script, change an item’s category.
- Shutdown the server, pause the server, set a speed limit, delete history item, clear history.
