S-Voice out for other devices before the Galaxy S3 is even out

Weeks before the Galaxy S3 has hit the market, users can already try out the device’s unique software feature on their own Android smartphone. After Google released the instructions manual for their new flagship, it was XDA-Developer’s turn to get a hold on the device’s software and make all the goodies available for installation for other Android devices. One of the most interesting of the features has to be, of course, the S-Voice virtual voice assistant. After a bit of tweaking from the developers over at XDA, the application is now available for all devices, running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The service itself is actually said to be quite good – it’s based on the Vlingo application, which is available at the Google Play Store, but it has, of course, been modified.
