Pay with your Android phone in Starbucks
A few months ago Starbucks came out with a payment app for the iOS devices and now, they rolled it out for the Android phones too.You can use it in almost 7000 stores and this number will increase by 1000 in July. The way it works is you download the app from Android market and add credits to your account. Then, every time you go to Starbucks and you start the app, select what you have bought, a barcode comes up on the screen and you hold it up to the scanner in the store. Yes, it’s that simple.
The only requirement is that your phone is running Android 2.1 or higher. You can download the app for free from the market:
