HTC Sense for Windows Phone 7
On Windows Mobile, equipment manufacturers are generally allowed to create any kind of user interface replacement that thay want. With Windows Phone 7, Microsoft is taking more responsibility for the user interface design and that means less flexibility for companies like Samsung, HTC, Sony, LG, Motorola, Dell, etc. to differentiate. It would seem that the Windows Phone 7 hardware partners are allowed to bundle their own applications with Windows Phone 7 devices, and that could include custom live tiles on the home screen. What if HTC created their own custom live tiles that resembled their popular “Sense” user interface?
