After the number of complaints from the company’s many users in tech websites and forums, HTC have admitted, that there is a hardware issue with their devices and they’ve even worked out the solution and have already incorporated it in the manufacturing process, so future phones shouldn’t have any kind of troubles with the connection.

Of course, this isn’t really relevant to the people, who have already bought a problematic device, which, according to HTC, isn’t a lot of people, all of whom are owner of the Tegra 3 version of the smartphone – the LTE one, which uses a Qualcomm chip, on the other hand, has not problems with the WiFi connection to start with. Still, to the users, who have a One X with Nvidia’s chip inside, HTC have said, they should contact the local support team and if there is such an issue with their device, it should be replaced. B.
