HTC Already Releasing Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich For Some Of Their Devices
|
A few weeks ago HTC made an announcement, that they would deliver an update for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for some of their devices in the beginning of March and it seems, that the company is going to keep their promise. According to quite a few German users, the update has already began and the devices, which are going to receive it first are the Sensation and the Sensation XE.
They are however going to have to settle with version 3.6 of the Sense interface, as the new Sense 4.0, which was released with HTC’s new devices at the MWC 2012, is going to be exclusive for them, at least for the time being. The update is about 283MB in size and is only available for the German SIM-unlocked devices for the moment. Other countries are expected to receive it soon too. B. A.
