Disable HTC Fuze’s wireless notification popup

In the long tradition of KaiserSimFix, here’s something for the broken Wireless Networks detected pop-up in the OEM AT&T FUZE rom that is hardcoded to ON after each soft-reset. Install the cab and it will install the program into the right places to auto-start it after each soft-reset. You are also given the option of running it immediately.
