Patent battles between Apple and HTC continue and this time HTC have scored a point. The International Trade Commission ( ITC ) has announced their decision about the patent lawsuits between the two giant and according to them Apple may be violating two of HTC’s patents. It’s important to note we’re talking about OS X and not iOS. This was expected though,because recently HTC bought S3 Graphics and they have already won patent lawsuits with Apple. The Commission’s decision should give HTC the upper hand in future negotiations with Apple, who also recently wan a lawsuit, proving that HTC are infringing two of their patents. B.A.
