AeroStyle theme for WM6.5.x devices W|Q|VGA resolution

Information:

• All Windows Mobile 6.5.x resolutions;
• Aero-like taskbar, bordered menus and other Windows 7 elements;
• Replaces the waitcursor on transparent original aero_busy_xl;

Updates:

• Added W|VGA version;

• Added waitcursor for 0409 lang;
• Waitcursors signed;
• Uninstall fixed;
• Scrollbars tweak (cxHScr, cxVScr, etc);
• Highlight color is darker;
• BlackAeroStyle(_NoButtons) now included in AeroStyle(_NoButtons).
