The Google market share of the Android OS was 13.8% in the first half of 2010 and is estimated, will reach almost 25% at year end. If we consider the 5% of 2009 is easy to wonder at the exponential growth –  55 millions Android smartphones in late 2010 and still in forecast growth for 2011 … is that what Google wants, to monopolize the mobile market?

For example, the new Samsung Galaxy S smartphone with Android OS, for only 55 days in Korea has sold 800,000 units!
