Xbox Live on Windows 8 – video preview

At the end of the BUILD conference – Avi Ben-Menahem from Microsoft showed what we can expect more of the capabilities of Windows 8 and among them is  Xbox LIVE.

Currently, the project is still in very early stage of development, but it seems possible to have multiplayer games between users on different platforms – Windows 8, Windows Phone and Xbox 360 and the interface will be refreshed in style Metro. Xbox LIVE Services are available in 35 countries and has about 35 million subscribers who use about 2.1 billion hours per month.
