Mod your XPERIA X1 speaker
Here we have a little mod for XPERIA X1 internal speaker, if the built-in one is not loud enough for you - change it with another
some polish modders from sexperia.eu just tested it and the result is – a way better sound. All you need to do is to open the phone, get a soldering iron and new speaker (here we have one from Motorola K1 and Motorola E398).
You can see the difference, a bigger speaker = better sound
Another step to do – free some space for the new speaker, you need to remove some of the plastic.
This is the soldering (with E398 speaker inside).

These pictures, leaked via Mobile.nu, of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 would have been more impactful if they came before we saw actual pictures of the smartphone, but they still bring some new and interesting information like the 3.5 mm headphone jack.

We’re looking forward to Exchange 2010, which will bring a lot of new features to Windows Mobile for those that use the service. Beyond the changes coming to Outlook Mobile such as conversation view for email, message previews, and device-side rule creation, we’ll also have SMS sync. That means that in addition to tasks, calendar, contacts, and email, you’ll also have your SMS synced up across various devices if you’re using Exchange.
One of the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 builds for the XPERIA X1 on XDA has the Text Message sync option when you set up an Exchange server, but it doesn’t yet seem to be working, probably because Exchange 2010 isn’t out yet. More »

Sony Ericsson’s latest rumored XPERIA branded smartphone will be getting the Android treatment. The device seems to be packing in a lot in the specs department, with a 1 GHz Snapdragon Qualcomm processor and 8 megapixels worth of shooting glory for a camera. Of course, with the heavy emphasis on multimedia here, there will be an included 3.5 mm headphone jack.
