GetThemAll is a Windows Phone download manager that allows you to grab video, audio, images and other content from any webpage and download to your Windows Phone. The new version has Skydrive support that allows you to upload downloaded files to the cloud and have them synced down to whatever device or computer you have attached to Skydrive. Also you can move downloaded files to any computer via WiFi or Microsoft Zune.

For example, on Windows Phone 8 if you download a video, the application can sync that file to Skydrive. If you have Skydrive installed on your PC and tied to the same account, that video will show up in the Skydrive folder on your computer. GetThemAll also gives you the ability to move downloaded files to any computer via WiFi or Microsoft Zune. For this you need to download a client called GetThemAll Receiver from http://www.everhelper.me/get_theme_all.html , install it onto the computer, and then enter your IP and passcode in the app options to connect the phone.

Google Sync for Windows Phone will be stopped on January 30, 2013 – a service that allows you synchronization of Gmail, Google Calendar and Contacts with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
The company recommends to the users to start using CalDAV, CardDAV and IMAP as a substitute for existing services. The good news is that if you already using the service, it will continue to work on your phone, but it will not be available for all new users. Google Sync also will remain operational for the business customers, governments and all educational organizations.
This can be a serious problem for the owners of Windows Phone devices, as the Microsoft’s platform relies on Exchange ActiveSync for all synchronizations with the products of Google. Apple and Google rely on the CalDAV and CardDAV standarts, but Microsoft does not support any of them.

The addon is free and you will need a device running Windows Phone 7.5 or higher version. You should be noted that the application is still in beta version and many users complain about some problems such as lack of connection to their SharePoint server or simply crashing when trying to sync.
