HTC Desire, Desire HD, Desire Z, and Incredible S – Gingerbread update in the second quarter

HTC has confirmed officially its next batch of Android updates, with Android Honeycomb coming through the pipe for some of the most popular devices of the past few months.

An HTC spokesperson told SlashGear that “We are excited to announce that the Desire HD, Desire Z, Desire and Incredible S will receive the Gingerbread update in Q2.”

Angry Birds board game is coming!

CES 2011 news – Mattel is working on a board game adaptation of Rovio’s mobile game – Angry Birds. The game will cost $14.99 when it launches worldwide this May. Even if you don’t want the board game, $14.99 is a perfectly reasonable price for a tiny catapult. Just think of all the tiny things you can terrorize with a catapult of that size!

HTC hitting record high results for 2010, profits up with 33%

HTC posted a profit of $268 million in Q2 2010, that’s up with 33%. Revenues hit $1.88 billion, in April alone the company sold 4.5 million devices.

Yuanta Securities analyst – Bonnie Chang predicts that HTC will ship at least 20 million mobile phones this year, up from 12 million in 2009. Just to throw some perspective on that, Nokia sold 21.5 million smartphones between January and March.

By Installing this *.cab, you are replacing the Original HD2 (Standard) Files (Manila & Win). The installation is automatically. Just Restart after Finishing the installation. If after you have installed this *.cab, you dont like it and want back the Original (Standard) Look. Just do an uninstall and Restart.

Windows Phone 7 Series keyboard preview

The default keyboard of Windows Mobile has gone mostly unchanged for about ten years, so it’s nice to see Microsoft innovative a little bit on Windows Mobile 7. To start, the keyboard on Windows Phone 7 Series is similar to that of the Zune HD, but improved. It has autocorrect, but an autocorrect similar to what you would find on a full computer. When you misspell a word, you tap on it, and on the top of the keyboard you will get suggestions. Tapping on a suggested word will replace the incorrect word.
