Max Payne Mobile for Android and iOS devices

Rockstar Games announced that on April 12, the well known PC game Max Payne will be available for all iOS users , two weeks later Max Payne mobile will be also available and for every Android powered device as well. The original PC game debuted in 2001 and the mobile version will provide the gamers with high resolution textures (HD graphics), the ability to modify the controls and touchscreen options for communication between players through a Social Club.

The following iOS devices will be compatible with Max Payne Mobile: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 4, iPad, iPad 2 and the new iPad 3. Rockstar Games will also announce the system requirements for all Android devices soon, but currently they are unclear.

The mobile version of the game is tied to the advertising campaign for the upcoming Max Payne 3, which will debut on May18 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The title will rely on the RAGE and Euphoria engine, the third part will be again in third person action and its writer is Dan Houser.

Vonage Mobile® also has a few tricks up its sleeve. First of all it uses a special high-definition audio codec, which means it’s able to provide exceptional call-quality at speeds of just 64KBps, which is very impressive. This is certainly noticeable in real life, as we also found the sound quality was very good. Another nice feature is the in-app billing, which lets you charge your Vonage account through the Android Market or Apple’s App Store, so you don’t even have to share your credit card details with the application – there are two credit packs – $4.99 and $9.99.

Overall, this is a great iPhone and Android calling app and we strongly recommend it.

According to Arieso, the iPhone 4S uses twice as much data traffic, compared to its predecessor - the iPhone 4 and even more compared to the iPad. Siri – ported to the iPhone 4

During the presentation of the new iPhone 4S, Apple brought an unpleasant surprise for many iPhone 4 users, who hoped to get the new system for voice control Siri with the iOS 5 update.

Apple decided to retain the new voice feature just for the iPhone 4S users, of course it’s just a software limitation that has nothing to do with the hardware specs (iPhone 4S has the same amount of RAM as the iPhone 4) – and here comes the first Siri port that works!

As you can see in the video, all Siri features are loaded and available just like in the iPhone 4S. All voice commands are recognized, but there is a problem with the Apple servers, which only handle commands from iPhone 4S. Moreover, the Siri works very slow because it uses a special graphics driver that is missing in the iPhone 4. However, the most important thing here – there is no technical obstacle to stop Siri to work with iPhone’s 4 A4 processor which is powerful enough.

We just need to sit back and wait for some more developing on the Siri port, one day it will be fully functional!
