HTC Touch HD Mini presented at MWC 2010

The Touch HD Mini, while not official just yet, should be unveiled shortly at an HTC press event. While specs are unavailable, we’re thinking it will have a 3.0″ multitouch capacitive display running on Windows Mobile 6.5.3. Also inside may be a less powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, and 256MB of RAM.
