Titanium Weather for WM6.5 Standard QVGA

Here is the ported version of Showaco’s Titanium Weather to WM6.5 Standard landscape phones.
It is based on the Titanium Weather v3.1.2 release that uses dialogs for setup. It contains the fix with corrected URL to accuweather, so it should work out of the box.
