Sony is preparing a brand new Android device for all mobile users on a budget under the name Xperia ST21i (codenamed Tapioca) and thanks to the Greek site Techblog, we can now see the first pictures of the phone. It is not clear yet when it will be officially released, but we know a lot about its features.
As shown in the pictures, the Xperia ST21i has three capacitive buttons on the front and has a similar design to the Xperia sola. In terms of the tech specs we expect a 3.2″display with resolution of 320×480 pixels, Qualcomm MSM7227 processor running at 800MHz, Adreno 200 graphics accelerator and 512MB of RAM. Also, a 3MP camera with VGA video recording, and a battery with capacity of 1460 mAh, and what’s the best of all – it will be powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
