Official hotfix for HTC Touch HD

Hotfix for adding the financial information service provider’s icon in TouchFLO Stock tab for HTC Touch HD.  If the Stock tab doesn’t show the financial information service provider’s icon in TouchFLO, please download this hotfix to solve the problem.
